I think you guys are craving the olive oil and seafood. The vegetation is just the vehicle of getting them into your mouth. I love butter on Saltine crackers in the same way. I don't believe you have ever been truly hungry and decided broccoli would be the best cure for your hunger, but you knew it paired well with the oil and fish. Nah, I just finished my delicious vegetable chow Mein lunch special, and now back to work ! *I was informed by the wife that we’re having burgers tonight….

You're obviously new here or, if you have been here for a while, you may have a reading comprehension issue. It's not an uncommon trait on this forum. Every member here, who has been here several years and is paying attention, knows that I frequently eat single item vegetable meals with nothing more than salt or salt and hot sauce or horseradish. Every long-time Sierra member who pays attention to the details will also know that I may eat single item meals of a variety of food items from any one of the fruit, seed/nut, animal or vegetable categories. EDIT: In fact, when I think about it, I eat single item meals almost every day. You can believe what you like. I wrote it on this, and possibly, the Zen forum for the world to see.

The problem with people is that they hear/see something like this and they go bonkers gorging oneself by eating pounds of meat daily and going keto, etc. Eating a portion of meat that correlates with ones activity on the other hand is what should be thought about. No one should eat a 72 oz steak daily., IMO.
