Raw, unfiltered honey, which I buy from a local, mom & pop bee keeper, not "the honey industry", is complete, whole - no reduction, no refining, no processing other than gathering it. I've probably mentioned it before but I buy honey from a stall just around the corner our house. An Indian lady sets up in a gateway every other Saturday. She has local honey and honey from her other hives that are not far away. I've tried them all and they are all very nice but I prefer the local one.

Honey and Greek yogurt is a match made in heaven for me. The Kattunayakan are an interesting tribe in India, they are honey hunters and derive a huge portion of their calories from honey and are rumored to be intelligent which people attribute to the honey, none of them are fat either. Personally I don't know why they don't just keep bees (if they're so intelligent xD) I suppose they enjoy going out finding the hive climbing the trees and smoking them out . Thinking about it... Keeping bees = more time at home with the nagging wife and kids, makes sense now.

I've recently been eating fruit with meat and liking it. Pineapple, tomato, apple, berries are typical choices.
