Tried push-ups on an 8lb exercise ball, good for triceps and hands.

It is a good one. Can also use kettle bells but I like the give of medicine ball. If in hotel can fold up towel put your two hands in hammer fist position and get similar tricep stress

Try it on one of those balls that kids use for kickball in elementary school. I use to like to use two for regular pushups. You have to squeeze the ball with your hands the whole time.

It's a push-up exercise, and you have to use more stabilizers coz the ball can move. A woman on the elliptical blurts "that's impressive" before falling off. . Thanks :-)

Is it pushups or holding like a plank? Looking at the picture, I'd say either would do the same thing, but holding in that position would require less time and save joints.

Her arms are not straight. They are in a great position for triceps tension though and the instability of the ball is going to add to the tension.
