Yes, skipping breakfast. I don’t have a fast rule on the time I first eat, but it’s usually around 10-30-11am. I normally wake up at six, have coffee, check the markets, and then go for a walk and do some strength work. Thanks!

Nice to know you’re still around MBS ...looking great sir! Terrific job and thanks for offering insights into how you keep it together. Cool thing is, it’s nothing crazy or unreasonable. Just sensible.

I think my old user was Atlas_Soldier on Dave’s board. It’s always been doomfarer1 here in the mighty Hall of the CaneGurus. Yes Army infantry vet; mountaineering unit.

Yeah...I recall now that you remind me, but, apologies...Feb - Apr, even May, were an absolute blur and then June & July went into overdrive.

MBS - "of Vegas"? I think I remember you from an earlier version of the AMM forum? Glad you're here.

You were Atlas_Soldier on the Blow when you got banned for denouncing my banning. You were always doomfarer1 on Dave's forum. Boy! - MBS, doomsies, the park - this is like a reunion!

Inspiring, I hope I can sustain my form till that age as well.
This is what I like about this forum, real people actually training and experimenting, and showing results.

Actually, we're all plastic mannequins put on display. , still better than fictional relatives and dead celebrities. Now that is funny. Maybe in his mind they are very real. Which is another problem.

@ Bruce: Ah yes that’s correct. Let this important historical note be dutifully recorded.
