For the perceived health of it and relative ease of compliance, I am using Dr Longo's 12 Hour time restricted eating protocol Grunt - Do you have Fuhrman's book(s)? I had some time to waste the other day so I decided to compare what Fuhrman advocates as early as his first book to Longo. Three meals/day, fasting, protein and IGF-1, etc Almost feel like Longo read Fuhrman's books as the basis for his research and recommendations.

Martin's site is great.
Kinobody on YouTube picked up the same ball and ran with it. He has some very good IF videos on YouTube.
I recall Martin was/is a big fan of Stuart McRobert's training advice: hard and low volume.

Given all the YouTube videos, customizing a healthful diet and exercise/activity program that suits you is readily available . Such a program may result in being Rockstar lean and Powerlifter strong ala whiffet. Let the experiments begin .
