Robert Cheeke is coming to VegFest November 11th London Ontario as a guest speaker and on the 12th at a small gym talking and getting us into a bodyweight workout.

But...but...JP said that a high fat diet, starving yourself for 23.5 hours and doing 1,000 Atlas XIV pushups with a weight vest and using his seatbelt would only produce results like that. In fact, he's got more muscle and is more muscular than ever before!!! And a vegan? ? (...ok, time for Bruv to weigh in)

His BW exercise looks similar to mine! Dumbbells! Hoorah! He's not a body weight training guy, just for the workshop because it's more convenient to get everyone working out, it's only $5 to go. This is the Gym he'll be at (not my style) ...

I bet that will be really interesting ,especially the diet stuff. Cheek follows a diet very close to what Dr. John McDougall, MD, recommends if I'm not mistaken. (And I very well could be.)

I believe magician Penn Jillette( so?) used a potato only diet to jump start his disappearing act of over 100# of bodyweight
