Hi guys I have posted here in the past, I am trying to return to training with the hook. How far is it safe to stretch the sierra bands? I have had a few bands snap in the past. My arm span is around 150cm. I find the longer bands do not offer enough starting resistance, but does doubling them put to much pressure on them?

I use the half sized ones for a long stretch. You have to keep an eye on them though as they do snap after a time.

Just add more, The Hook, long bands to increase resistance. If you add enough, you will barely be able to stretch them at all.

Spacers to get a doubled band's length just right for your personal dimensions can also be fashioned from dollar store dog collars.
