While listening to some old tunes on YouTube, a video popped up that said something about Josh Brolin getting shredded for Deadpool 2. Didn't see the movie, didn't know he was in it, but, geeze...the guy rocked it.
Here are a few things I found on his diet and workout:
"Totally clean: no sugar, no breads, no pastas, no drugs, none of it," Brolin wrote.
"Fish, rice, eggs, veggies, water, one @bulletproof or @cavemancoffeeco in the morning. I'm almost 50."
