$500 for a bar...all you need to do is remarket your product with the bands/straps sold by this company and spin some story (plus take a few steroids, I'm assuming): www.x3bar.com/

That thing is essentially a glorified Lifeline. THE HOOK is so much more versatile. But, that's what happens when you have ALOTTA money behind you. Sorta like TRX - mega bucks. I've even loaded up some youtube videos and found x3bar ads. I've based my prices on 3 factors - cost of materials, time, and what I think would be a reasonable price if I were searching and came across The Hook.

.... and, you've done that very well, Bruce! The professional grade Sierra Equipment is a true value, not often found in the world today and I rate buying from you at the top of my scale for ethical, no-hassle and pleasant experiences.

I was admittedly shocked when I saw the price tag for the X3 bar, especially when you could use the Hook or if you're stuck, simply take some strands or tubing and run a pole through the ends and do your presses, rows, etc. The owner of the X3 product to his credit does have some interesting/informative videos on working out. eg Why he recommends doing it daily, etc. Just have to wonder if he is using some type of PEDs -- he's pretty darned jacked. Anyway, I've got the TO Bands -- bought them years ago -- and can do the same thing since they come with a door "anchor" so you can adjust to your biomechanics whereas with the X3 bar + the pre-measured resistance bands you're stuck and you can't adjust to the length of your arms, etc.
