Weight loss???.....no one wants to lose weight my dear....we want to lose FAT!
Ok. Depends how out of shape you are, your age, lifestyle and commitment level to exercise and diet. To lay out a plan for both we need to know more about what your are doing now, how you look and what your realistic goal is. Sorry for being too vague for what your looking for.

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4358417/Daily intake of rosehip extract decreases abdominal visceral fat in preobese subjects: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial “ Research suggests that rosehip tea may aid weight loss. Studies show that rose hips from the Rosa canina plant are high in an antioxidant called tiliroside, which may have fat-burning properties. In an 8-week study in mice prone to obesity, those fed a high-fat diet containing 1% rosehip extract gained significantly less body weight and stomach fat than animals that did not receive the supplement (19Trusted Source). Human research shows similar results. In a 12-week study in 32 adults with excess weight, taking 100 mg of rosehip extract daily significantly decreased body weight and stomach fat, compared with the placebo group (20Trusted Source). However, current research is limited to the effects of concentrated rosehip extract — not tea. More human studies are needed to evaluate the relationship between rosehip tea and weight loss.”

How many days it really take for weight loss. And what schedule should be followed. Please share some Diet plan and workout plans for weightloss. If you eat less and move more than you did the day before, weight loss happens in a single day. Once the target weight is attained, hold fast or increase your intake or decrease your activity.

How many days it really take for weight loss. And what schedule should be followed. Please share some Diet plan and workout plans for weightloss. Weight loss timelines can vary depending on various factors such as metabolism, diet, and exercise routine. However, generally speaking, aiming for a gradual and sustainable weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week is considered healthy and achievable. As for diet and workout plans, consistency is key. Incorporating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains while limiting processed foods and sugary drinks can support your weight loss journey. Additionally, regular physical activity, including a mix of cardio and strength training exercises, can help boost metabolism and promote fat loss. For personalized diet and workout plans tailored to your specific needs and goals, I highly recommend consulting with a nutritionist or fitness professional. And while you're on your journey, consider supplementing your efforts with high-quality products from www.hghworld.top/nootropics. I've personally benefited from their human growth hormone supplements, which have helped me achieve better results in my fitness endeavors. Check out their website for premium supplements designed to support your weight loss and fitness goals effectively.

“I ate only apples for 16 days and this happened…” Great video! Have not seen his vids in a while. He and CT Fletcher are great examples of looking great and still having heart disease at young ages. Everyone looking for the magic bullet. I believe in a balanced diet. To me, junk food is junk and one cannot live on that and be healthy regardless of the calories in/out thing because health is not made solely by calories and there is a difference between clean and dirty foods. His edema in the lower legs and feet is concerning. Heart issues, water intake, and diet are key here. The muscle size combined with the lean condition he's in is impressive and seems to be a combination of genetics (and maybe TRT) and a holdover from his previous life days of things as, IMO, no one can keep that size and be that lean without help on a diet of apples or fruits alone.
