I'll stick to shiko training on grass or sand. Much simpler to do & u get the same results.

I’m 5’6” so I find taking three stairs at a time is pretty good for leg work. I bring the working leg’s knee up to chest height in the stairs, shift all my weight to it and squat upwards in a controlled manner. Good way to get a decent bit of leg work in every day using “the free gym equipment” 😉
