Hello.  I'm new here but have been a lurker on Bruce Tackett's page (https://www.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/OBB/OBB.html) for a very long time.

Some of the links are broken but others work. 

Is Bruce still maintaining this page?  Thanks!  

I love all the content on the Sierra exercise pages.  

Fantastic alternatives to the established corporate exercise & fitness pablum we are usually fed.

Hey brnpa, sorry to tell you this, but Bruce passed a few years ago. There’s a few of us who are committed to keeping the site going until the WWW landscape changes and forums like this go away. Is there a particular link you’re interested in, maybe someone can provide some help?

Oh, I did not know that!  All my martial arts brothers will be sad to hear that; We've followed his pages for a very long time. 

I commend everyone who keeps this page alive.  There are probably more visits than you know.

I was looking for the content for "The 15 Minute Equipment-Free Muscle-Building Workout".

I'll see if I can find it in web.archive.org.

Thanks to everyone to keeping this site going.  I pass along this knowledge to all the youngsters I can about the value of these workouts.
