OK, OK. I get the hint, MBS. I know you are all waiting to get your hands on my forthcoming non-functional strength training book. It's with my design team as we speak, m8s. Hey, MBS. Call me, my friend. We have much to discuss. I was lucky enough to receive an early draft copy of this one mates and can confirm the content is off the hook. This is going to be a real game changer and I'd advise people to get their orders in early because this will fly off the shelves. Word is the selling price will be $50 and Tbh that's an absolute steal the featured full page picture of Bruv with his ass out is worth double that alone

That site's pretty good. I also like Fran Sand's (UK) site, but he used to send emails for free and his pricing was less than half what it is now. His training is methodical and top notch. A needed asset, as many American communities outside major cities don't have real boxing coaches/training. I suppose you'd pay more for in-person coaching. myboxingcoach.mykajabi.com/

You need to be punched in the face 50 times a week otherwise you are wasting your time.

It's useful for coaches & students who want new drills or tips and "show me" lessons to refine/polish skills in the real world.
