Good read. Interesting site. I see he believes in building the right kind of muscle. Yes, the right kind of muscle is important. Otherwise you may build the wrong kind of muscle and build non functional strength, which can be brought on by doing non functional training, which will create a host of problems down the road.

This real and valid phenomenon of which you sarcastically and erroneously speak is the chapter topic at hand in the most excellent physical training treatise by the late Steve Justa ~Rock Iron Steel~. I would wholeheartedly suggest that you obtain a copy and read it in earnest without preconceived notions and without prejudice; and then perhaps give his suggestions a spin for yourself. You just might find that there really is a “right” and “wrong” kind of muscle, and that functional training does actually exist.

I agree Steve's book is good.

OK, OK. I get the hint, MBS. I know you are all waiting to get your hands on my forthcoming non-functional strength training book. It's with my design team as we speak, m8s. Hey, MBS. Call me, my friend. We have much to discuss.

I think this guy may have been trained by MikeNY's grandfather Chief, or Champ, or something like that. Their "methods" sound similar.

This is going to be a real game changer and I'd advise people to get their orders in early because this will fly off the shelves. Word is the selling price will be $50 and Tbh that's an absolute steal the featured full page picture of Bruv with his ass out is worth double that alone
