For those exercises and more, I use free bicycle inner tubes (trashed due to flats) from the local bike shop. A loop of rope, although not stretchy, can also be used isometrically. I have a piece of clothesline rope, tied into a loop. I use it daily for Iso-Bow type exercises, but the loop size allows my hands to be further apart, depending on how big I tie the rope loop. My favorite loop size is when, elbow bent at about 90*, the loop is held up in the web of my hand, the bottom of the loop falls just under my elbow - like a "cubit" measurement. It is a subjective length depending on your physicality.
More shoulder rehab, exercise and strengthening ...... Indian Club exercises and some preparatory stretching:

I use them as well for shoulder mobility and conditioning. Great for the joints too.

Another great tool for shoulders and shoulder rehab, IMO, is a boxing ball or "reflex boxing ball". Lots of youtube demos, but it's easy and cheap to DIY. My experience has been to relieve pain in a shoulder in just a few days, even when it is painful at first to raise my arm(s) when I begin to box the ball.
This guy makes it more difficult than it is to make one. I just use some winds of masking tape to secure the elastic to the hat band, but this is the idea. The only thing I had to buy to make them is the elastic. I had the hats and the balls. Very cheap and quick to make. I hang the ball somewhere around waist to belly-button level.
