Tuesday 3am - Light stretching, 33 min slow run, slow Heavyhands moves combined with stretching afterwards
Afternoon - Warm up, Incline chest press (2 sets), Yates Rows w/ DBs (2 sets), 2 wide grip iso hangs short of failure, 1 x iso dip w/ weight short of failure. McGill core.
Throughout day between calls...1 x slow push up + 10 x KB DLs + Sun Salutation
Wednesday 345am - Light stretching, 28 min run, 30 second calf/hamstring stretch
Mid-afternoon - 25 break from Zoom. Some mobility stuff -- will use Tom Brady's book regularly for this. If it worked for the GOAT, why not. Also inspired by Novak Djokovic's mobility and how his game shot through the roof.

Oh...sorry...copied and pasted that from 50-something Chuck Atlas.
Anyone's BS meter tapping out? 6:00 miles over sand dunes for an hour...sure Charles.
How about a 45 min run this morning and untimed walk on the beach with a glass of wine this evening?

40 min walk - run. Trying Xero shoes at a longer distance. Not sure if they'll work for me right now.

There's something truly empowering about the journey of fitness. It's not just about sculpting muscles or shedding pounds; it's a deeply personal voyage of self-discovery and resilience. Every drop of sweat is a testament to your commitment, every sore muscle a reminder of your strength.
In the gym, on the track, or in the yoga studio, you're not just building a better body; you're crafting a stronger, more resilient version of yourself—one workout at a time. And in that process, you find not just physical prowess, but a profound sense of accomplishment and vitality that permeates every aspect of your life.
