And if you're doing farmer's walks, do it with the same poundage in both hands and don't go heavy. Even one-armed lifts from KB swings to overhead presses should be done cautiously. Good advice on farmer walks. How much weight do we realistically need to move on a regular basis so avoiding potential injury makes sense. I’ve read one arm chins can result in tendinitis.
