No, not talking about the latest mRNA jab, but testosterone boosters. Besides egg yolks. I was going through my old supplements under the sink and found some Pine Pollen. Gonna take that with the Longjack. Been reading that bulletproof book by Dave Asprey he talks about the direct link between fertility and longevity. Anyone ever take that horny goat weed or other that claims to up the testosterone?

FWIW...Back around 1999 when Mark McGwire was hitting all those home runs and was built like a big pro wrestler, he said it was due to taking a supplement. Everyone speculated correctly that it was PED's, but no proof at the time.
I was drinking with 2 doctor buddies (family prac's) and the issue of boosting testosterone came up along with the consequences. I said "Well, what about taking supplements that do it to do so naturally?" Both at the same time shouted in unison "NOOOOOO!" The reason, they said, is that ANYTHING that increases test will hurt you in the long run. The 'hurt' was said to be loss of density (mostly-they said) in the hip bones and other bone areas. It was described like this; taking something to boost test via drug or supplement is unnatural and will do the job, but it's like taking a loan out from the bank you can't pay back. When you get older and need the body to do it naturally you won't have anything to 'pay back' and results in brittle bones.

It was over the counter at the time and it wasn't completely known as a steroid.
