It seems society encourages obesity these days through convenience and there's a lot of money to be made from the processed food, fast foods, medical establishments, and weight loss industry. The deck is stacked and not in our favor. Exercise recommendations are around 1 hour and 15 minutes. I made it for 1 hour and 17 minutes before not having enough time but it was fairly interesting.

There is a simple theory, that when you feed the body fuel/food it doesn't know how to process (because it wasn't made for it), its default move is to store it because it can't metabolize it like real food. To me this isn't just the modern "processed" foods like Doritos or Twinkies, but anything that isn't paleo (grains/beans) that we have convinced ourselves are not "processed". Never saw a fat hunter/gatherer tribe in National Geographic.

We are fat because we don't burn up all the calories we eat AND the quality of the obesity on people looks different than decades ago because the way processed food is made = frankenfood.
Portions are HUGE!!!!
Eating is now done out of boredom and as a social thing with people who get together and mostly of the wrong junk foods.
How about making eating a sport? We do that too....
Champion Joey Chestnut is listed at 6'1" 230 and downs an average 65 dogs (around 18,000 calories) in 10 minutes.....sheer madeness!
