I like the fact that in those days people hadn't yet acquired the maniacal desire to wear phony smiles on their faces when being photographed. I can't figure out the purpose of some of those elaborate machines, though. Most of them actually. Like what is that kid in D1 up to?

I will never get the obsession with posture during those times. I get it's important to have correct posture but this era was ALL about posture.
