When I did self resistance I always perferred to use a rope or strap. The Sinkram course have a few in there to. I always felt I got better aesthetics results this way. I gave these courses to Bruce to put on here because I did not know how. sierraexercise.proboards.com/thread/267/ropercise-dynaflex

I’ve just checked the booklets and the towel or rope is used for Giant Arms course exercises 5 and 10, Giant Chest course exercises 3 and 8. Interesting ways to work some of the more frequently neglected muscles. Thanks also for putting the Dynaflex course online. The Mike Dayton Chi Mind Control booklet (missing the first 20 pages though) is on the Internet Archive. If it’s ok to post the link I’ll put it in the thread, if not just search “A complete guide to learning and understanding Chi mind control” on the Internet Archive site.

I have the Mike Dayton Chi Mind Control book. Greg Newton gave this book to me. Can't remember off the top of my head what's on the first 20 pages but when I get time maybe I can summarize them. Or if someone could help me put the 20 pages on this forum.

Teacup, Much thanks for this as it was on my list to find. A cursory look shows it is very interesting. It cost about $30.00 back in the late 70's or early 80's. Many have said it was like a longer version of Dynaflex and seems so. Thanks again!

You’re very welcome Brothersteve 👍
I hope you find it as interesting and useful as I have. I’m especially interested in how Dayton works visualisation methods to increase strength, and his comments on working to exceed the 30%strength limit.
