First thing, Francis Ngannou did very well. Now that's out of the way, lets talk about the REALITY of what happened last night. I've mentioned a few times on here I don't think Fury is as good as he seems but he really is better than what he displayed last night. I knew from the moment Fury started jogging around that circle to Pretty woman he was so out of shape, forget the phrase he has the body of a bag of milk that guy was full fat cream and butter, his reflexes were shit and his adrenal system was wreaking havoc on him, his eyes were like a deer in headlights after the first punch. I don't think Fury takes the Usyk fight, he's done imho although I hope he proves me wrong, he is 100% not ready for a fight in December he needs 6 months of training, staying of the booze and living in the mountains or some shit It might be he's struggling with his mental health again, either way if he takes the fight in December I feel Usyk will take the belts home.

I did not see the fight, but was surprised at the split decision as I thought he would either get a UD or KO over Ngannou who I did not think would have cardio for 10 rounds. I was also surprised Ngannou knocked him down in only the 3rd. It was a punchers chance, but Fury did also look extra fat on the lead up and in the fight. Was it because he wanted to bigger than Francis? Was it too much soft living and not taking Francis seriously? In any event he still got the win. If Fury meets Usyk as soon as December he will get beat IMO.

He will bottle it, he'll fight someone a lot less dangerous in march/april if he fights again. I'm not a psychologist but can see it in his eyes during post fight interviews he doesn't believe in himself, he might prove me wrong but I doubt it.

Think he had a really bad game plan, seemed to keep leaning on Ngannou when that's obviously not going to wear him down the way it would someone like Wilder. Other people say he was also feinting a lot and it didn't work because Ngannou didn't really notice it, maybe that's true but I guess I don't have the eye for it either. Usyk didn't look great against Dubois, if Fury doesn't do something like announce his retirement on Christmas day then I'd struggle to pick a winner for a fight in the spring time.
