Something very odd is up with this latest one. Right after the story broke, I read a post in the commentary section of a news site, and someone said this shooter was a convicted sex offender in Maine and they had the name before the site itself revealed the name, so he had learned these facts somewhere else. I immediately went to the national registry and did a search for the name he mentioned, "Robert Card". Oddly enough, there was a message on the national registry that said "Maine results are currently unavailable". That's one HELL of a coincidence. Then today we hear he's ex-military/firearms expert. These mass shooting events always seem to have just enough loose ends to make me think some of the conspiracy theories aren't really that crazy.

Yeah, does make it seem like the vulnerable are chosen to be brain-washed to do the dastardly deeds.

Then it seemingly disappeared. Maybe the CIA is experimenting with LSD again but now on Americans instead of Canadians.
