Yeah, I always wear safety glasses. You can get them from any hardware store for just a few dollars. Well worth it, m8s.

Yes that is main reason. To emphasize eye protection. I was doing pulldowns and the band smacked the top of my forehead. It hurt like hell

I got a nice gash on my shoulder from a steel spring cable that broke...another time one of Mike Brown's cables let go and nearly tore my ear off. Maybe we should wear full armor?

I was very lucky it didn't break my jaw or knock my teeth out or hit my eye. I can still take a punch though! An Isometric session done in the stretched ROM followed by a dynamic tension routine has provided complete safety & progress. The best combo is supersetting an isometric compound exercise with a corresponding 30s eccentric quasi-isometric exercise.
