My biggest meal is in the evening and includes a lot of fat. If I don't have much fat I wake up too early. I'm also far from overweight.

Well I eat more of evening than I do in the day and according to my measurements, I am 19 percent body fat. The only times I used to eat more in the mornings was when I spent 7 years working nights.
