BTW, Bruce, When I first bought my The Hook, I didn't ask you how to use it, I didn't read your instruction book, I just started pulling them MF'rs. Mikey, Try this: Do a couple of sets of pulling the MF'rs and then try it with the bands. Don't try this until you're well rested. I see what you mean! The bands give a much better pump!

Well, have to admit when I woke up at midnight and hit my workout, for some reason I was feeling it so after a quick warmup I was hitting sets of 12 - 14 reps w/ my incline DB presses vs. doing the Cerqua style workout. Same with the rows, etc. Probably overdid it as my right shoulder's not thrilled with me, but, I was happy with the weight/reps at 12:30am so clearly there's a carryover from the isometric programs like Cerqua's.
