Thanks for sharing that one, it’s a good mix of exercises. All you need is a doorway, chair, chinning bar instead of a power-rack and you’re good to go 😊
I like the fact the authors say this is not the whole solution for total fitness, you need some cardio work to go with it.
Don’t recommend the face-down back-arch though, especially the one with a partner providing resistance. I did the solo version years back and my sciatica punished me for it.

There's no copyright now which is how it's on archive.org. I really can't be bother with taking screenshots of every page anyway, Teacup m8.
