Shit like this is the reason why as I get older I never neglect specialized training with my power twisters and also concentrating on my grip strength. Because if I ever unfortunately find myself in the middle of that kind of sub-human insanity I'll be ripping the f'cking face off of any MF'er that dares to lay a hand on me or whoever I'm with.... I don’t have a power twister nor access to buy one (delivery charges here in Egypt are rape). I use an old Great Gama tree exercise to develop those 2 attributes u mention. EG: pulling a THICK towel anchored to a wall with different foot stances complemented by various pushing stances against the wall using the hips, shoulders & hands until I’m ~tired~. They’re my core body strength exercises. It’s amazing how easy it is to knock ppl off balance now. I did so once with a british guy who felt entitled to talk smack. So, I pushed him & he literally flew across the room. I was shocked too as I’m only 72kg soaking wet & wasn’t in any true fight mode. I was simply posturing to make a point. Yet, he easily outweighed me by less than 2 stone. I felt like Bam-Bam from The Flintstones afterwards. I have started working on my grip strength as well for similar reasons and I like Moxohol's isometric routines. Interesting reading about what things are like in Egypt, Rural UK, and Spain as well.

Try the shaolin rice bucket exercise. I thrust my hand in a pot full of short rice massaging it while watching TV. Switch up when the other hand gets tired. Best way, bar none, to rapidly develop grip strength & beat Magnus at thumb wrestling. Be sure to drink some gelatin with citrus or vitamin C before doing this exercise as this directly affects collagen production for whatever connective tissue ur training.
