I don’t have a power twister nor access to buy one (delivery charges here in Egypt are rape). That's no problem, there are other excellent exercises for developing 'crushing strength'... Just get yourself a few bricks to start, and do brick 'bent over rows' and standing brick 'curls'. Please take my advice and progress SLOWLY so as not to injure yourself, because it's unlikely you've ever stressed your muscles and connective tissues in such a way. I promise that you won't believe the newfound 'crushing' strength results if you stick with it. Here's what I'm talking about: ironmind.com/articles/john-brookfields-grip-tips/Brick-Bent-Over-Rows/Yeah this is really fucking hard, i've done this and similar stuff on odd jobs and it's nearly impossible to squeeze it tight enough without holding your breathe and passing out .

I do like my simplicity & not be beholden to an apparatus. Which is why I like isometrics & calisthenics. For gripping strength I hang by my tennis balls, a towel flung over a doortop or hold a chair for extensors. Pushing or tugging against a wall for 5-10 minutes a pop thru out the day is exhausting enough. Ok, so I guess the brick lifting in leu of a power twister isn't something you're willing to try... ? Fair enough. ***For anyone else out there it comes with my utmost recommendation

Another summer of hate coming up. The same suspects as seen all over the country doing this. See the faces on these kids just brimming with hate? Where are these kids parents? Even the kids I knew whose parents were divorced had no problems being welcomed into our homes as we were all friends. Parents do need to be there for their kids. Also, as long as the weak arm of the legal system allows them to do this they will. In my old home town area of New Haven, CT they want to do what they are starting here in Syracuse, NY. They are releasing gang prisoners and will pay them to not commit crimes. Might as well say your are a pushover pussy and hand over your house and car keys if they come to your house.....or you could jdo something else. Sad times indeed....Attitudes need to change. EDIT: Why is this stuff not considered terrorism? If this was done in front of the White House it would be a different story.

I don’t have a power twister nor access to buy one (delivery charges here in Egypt are rape). ... it seems like it would be small matter for some local handyman to permanently fix a piece of pipe on either side of whatever size spring that you wanted and put some motocross rubber grip handles on either end for grips. There's your power twister. Yep, where there's a will there's a way...

I don’t deny any of the utilitarian advantages of the artifact u posted in its application or manufacture. Only a fool would deny them. However, you’ve never lived in a place like Egypt whilst I have for 14y.
I say again the standards are pervasively slipshod everywhere. It’s a standard. If u do find a competent handyman, he’ll charge an arm & a leg for it simply because of his demand market value, that you’re european with money & an infidel. Even moreso now after the Covid “pandemic” & the American proxy war in the Ukraine which has adversely affected our index prices. There’s literally more poor ppl then the haves. About 90 million of them out of a 100 million population.
As an aside: the reason why I got started on this forum is in no small part due to guntbrain’s original homepage. He hasn’t gotten the credit he really deserves from me. I built & used a few of his handy workshop items with my own hands before becoming an active member here. But again, I’m beholden to an apparatus & I must be careful about the training I do because I’ve had a stroke & heart attack. Therefore, I try to create ubiquitous easy ways so I can train effectively anywhere. However, I do like the creative process to get the juices flowing. It gets stale gawking at a LED screen all day but it pays the bills. Exercise & visiting the adults on this forum has provided much needed breaks from the brewing cabin fever.

There’s no shangri-la in this world even in the UK.

Not sure how safe I'd feel in a country where 90% of the population is below the poverty line is all and with how you explained the medical care over there when you are possibly in the latter half of life is a concern you know. I'm sure it's great for many more things but they are two big warning signs, and if the mole was massive and hairy I'd find it hard to kiss her not gonna lie.

Your template description is already in place as 2/3rds of the populace where I reside are poor MB supporters ecking out a living & they’ll tell u quite openly too. Religious attacks have occurred but on a much lesser scale than the religious fervor & attacks seen in the UK because there it has more goofy ideas about freedom of movement & assembly than what would normally fly in Egypt. There are other discounted factors u don’t know about. Poorness & substandard values have been an institutionalized part of the culture since Sadat got his ass capped for signing the Camp David Accords. The accords themselves have ruined the country. I’m not saying everyone is happy about the situation but most are fat if not happy. I’ve yet to see any thin ninjas holding emanciated kids while begging on the street. It’s the corruption that pisses off the ppl the most. Islam is just one of the various band-aides to correct it. Egypt is a pharaonic culture. Meaning it’s not entirely arabic & muslim. It a mix that’s also includes 10 million Copts which is a fixture in that society. Egypt also lacks oil (mostly). So, their bread & butter is tourism & food. The Egyptian ppl have more brains than what u give them credit for. They don’t shit where they eat. I was incountry for both revolutions & never felt less safe. Sure, u always got fucking idiots in a crowd & no protest or faction is immune to them. I had some religious student travel from Cairo to Hurghada 7 years ago just to stab up some old foreign tourists on a beach. Killed 6 while they snoozed in the sun. The Egyptian staff pounced on the kid & beat the living shit out of him so bad his eyeball popped out. The staff was MB too btw. I’ve already lived thru life’s triumphs & tragedies. So, I got a different tack on life than u. Plus, I’m not getting any younger & don’t waste my time busting my ass in the gym, grooming myself like a metrosexual or worry about what others think or do. I’m living in a gated community with complete freedom & life is good here. You’d be gobsmacked what a pussybook or nice bottle of Chevas Regal can bribe? It could be worse I suppose living in a 15 minute city that councils have imposed on the populace without any referendum or being arrested for a post that butthurt someone’s feelings. They’ve arrested 3.3k ppl in the UK in ONE year alone for alleged inflammatory or derogatory posts online while Russia has only arrested 333 for the same thing. I’m not eager to visit the UK this summer. I can’t even squat on my haunches in the Tubes without the Transit Police calling me out on it over the loudspeaker. God forbid u flip off the camera? They’ll send a posse down to question u about it.

You got me there, the only experience I have with Egypt is when I was about 14 or 15 I stole the bicycle from the Egyptian immigrant kid that moved in around the block from me. He was naive and innocent enough to leave a brand new bike on the side of his house, unlocked and unattended overnight, so I obliged him and he learned a valuable lesson. ***I did eventually end up giving the bike back to him, and I also protected him and his sister from bully's on the school bus, so the karma hopefully worked itself back to neutral

Well? The biggest & gayest bullies in my day were the coloured kids. “Hey kid! Ya wanna lollipop?”
