I didn't drink a gallon of milk but 5 cups a day and in about 4 months got very strong and my weight went from 150 to 174 lbs, my 20 reps squats went from 110 to 230 lbs. I had or have somewhere the Doberman Dan version of the same course, www.dobermandan.com/blog/
When I started I did the routine twice a week, added 5lbs to my lifts no matter what, as it got tougher I had to go 3 time a fortnight or wouldn't do the extra 5 lbs.

Henry, I have been tempted often to do the gallon of mild a day thing, how much did this pile on abdominal fat? I definitely don't want 25lbs of ab fat on top of what I already have.

My waist went from 32" to 35.
at 166 lbs and maintained for a year then back to 150.
150 lbs
Did get to 138 lbs with Flexercise had good ab definition but didn't do a photo, no camera film at the time.
