Thanks! Every now and then I check for old timer stuff. This has all 6 lessons, which I believe was the whole course. One of the things I found most interesting was how he says to tense only in the positive part of the motion, which is different to other courses like Harry Wong's Dynamic Tension/Strength which says to tense in the positive and negative.

Thanks brothersteve. Swoboda does say to use tension only on the up, but there are a couple of exercises where he uses tension the whole time...look at the overhead press, last exercise in the course. I think a case could be made for either style; myself I almost always use tension one way and then relax back to the start, but this is not written in stone for me.
