Driving all day long, as we did on our vacation, that steering wheel just begged to be used for isometrics. You can take your time doing them. Got all the time in the world. I was doing long duration isos. There is a plethora of isos you can do whilst driving. A bit of experimenting and you can come up with all sorts of isos. That steering wheel was particularly great for forearms.

Those don't work for some of us...I tried it once and my car repairman advised against doing it again. Mumbled something about 'I thought all of you weight lifters were busted up...'

Yeah, well, that's the price you pay. Not only does Living Steering Wheel develop you physically, mentally, and spiritually, but it also develops off-the-charts strength.

I once did accelerator isometrics which resulted in a speeding ticket. So now I just perform the leg press with my left leg .
