Did I ever mention that a m8 of mine joined the Foreign Legion in the late 70's? He was in some place in Africa. He deserted and made his way back to England. The story made the newspapers, m8s.

" Men don't want to be men anymore. " True! It's all about power. Men are seen as bad. Certain people and women see what the term 'Men' use to be defined as and say they're toxic, and in their minds they are, to society as a whole. YET, those people and women who villainize 'Men' end up doing and saying the same things. I've seen women in businesses for over a decade - so high and mighty and full of themselves - and they will only hire other women for the good jobs no matter who actually has the better qualifications. The men they hire get the crappy jobs - I know because it happened to me TWICE (I thought the first was a fluke)! At this point in my life, I don't deal with women as much as I don't have to and won't hire any. |

Wow sorry that happened to You BrotherSteve. I've never had to deal with to many woman in my line of work. My jobs would probably be consider crappy for most. I just see a lot of these young men (suppose to be men) in stores and other places wearing long finger nails and tight ass jeans. I don't get it. I went to a store around the corner from my house to pick something up. When I got in line I seen one of these Young men with long painted finger nails at the cash register. I caught be by surprise and I said out loud," What the Heck is that". I could help it, it just came out of my mouth. The little girly boy caught an attitude with me which made me laugh. So every time I would go in there I would avoid his/her line.  , one day I went in there with my Wife and she went into his line. , he/she had a little attitude. When we got outside my Wife said he has nicer nails then me but I don't understand why he was a little mad. , I just said," Oh I don't know". |

Wow....it's easier to get into the U.S. Army these days than the French Foreign Legion  The FFL has a 10 (?) day selection period where they run you through a battery of tests, including rigorous physical fitness tests....PULLUPS are a staple and you must do at least 8 chin over the bar ! And there is also the interviews and the Interpol police checks |
