My favourite exercise book has gotta be charles Bronson solitary fitness , I had the book when it first came out years ago and still use it till this day ! Can you share what, from Bronson's book, you're using or works for you? I've never read the publication -- did see the movie bio with Tom Hardy. Not sure if that counts, .

Whiffet I do have 3 of his books. Marlon is not very big, I think 145 lbs? He definitely has got good genetics. Most people try weights or build their base by using weights. I have no idea if he did.
If You guys think about it diet is the most important thing. So you can train just about anyway and look muscular. If You remember Fred Hutch said self resistance can build just as much muscle as anything else. Resistance is resistance.
Marlon use volume like a bodybuilder. Self resistance tends to work better with volume, at least for me. I definitely think he could build his body by doing self resistance and calisthenics.

Well I like to use Bronson's routines but I don't do near as many reps or sets as Bronson does ! I basically do a circuit of calisthenics and isometrics and repeat the circuit 10 times. eg:
50 jumping jacks 20 push ups 10s door pulldown 10s chest squeeze 20 squats 10s towel pull 10 Burpees 10s iso bicep curl each side.
My workouts are as basic and simple as it gets . I don't follow a set routine I just train what i feel like doing on any particular day and it works well for me .
