I've read that if you are going to supplement with any of the B vitamins that you may as well go for a B complex or a multi vitamin with plenty of the b vitamins in it. I just take a multi vitamin/multi mineral and combined with my diet I get plenty of the b vitamins. Below is a very good site. You just log in supplements (It has loads of the brands listed), foods and drinks and it will calculate how many vitamins, minerals, various fats, proteins, carbs and total calorie content. cronometer.com/

I read that rosemary kills the spread of SARS-CoV-2 from an article dated this month. Rosemary isn't on David Wolfe's list of 7 Herbs That Kill Parasites, but that could be.

Usually, a multi or vitamin B complex tabs/caps use a flush-free niacin ingredient. The flush seems to be a key that it's working. I first heard of this stuff used in the early 80's when pro wrestler Rocky Johnson (The Rock's Dad) was in our gym. He said he used it before training to help with the pump and cut up. It never helped my pump and I still hate the prickly red feeling. He also told us a story of how when in another territory a young teen was pestering him on what roid to take to get big and strong and would not let up. Rocky gave him niacin, but said it was roids and NEVER tell where he got it, and the kid got all red and itchy and uncomfortable and decided it was not worth doing more.
