asking how I am as I have not been active on this forum in a while. I am fine, lock down was a bitch as I could not work for 15 months and lost 2 friends due to Covid. My current job keeps me pretty active, I cover 10 to 15 miles a day, as well as lifting and moving things etc........ So no need for me to workout  |

Just humour jornock, mr averice. To be honest fella, 90% of what he spouts befuddles me, no rhyme nor reason to it. Good hearted, I'd wager, but nonsensical claptrap. Man's an enema.

Just humour jornock, mr averice. To be honest fella, 90% of what he spouts befuddles me, no rhyme nor reason to it. Good hearted, I'd wager, but nonsensical claptrap. Man's an enema. Benny, goodhearted? Apart from becoming J.Pooh's trojan horse, snake-ant protein pushing, not getting the Hook/strap (that hurt!) and lowly personal attacks to most of us in general and our fellow Bruv in particular...yes, he is goodhearted...haha |

Benny is a ripped beast who came to the forum in Jan of 2019 to share his great, crazy, insane, awesome wealth of exercise knowledge and insect powder diet. Unfortunately, he committed hackicide several times and is currently trolling his own blog. Here's an exercise I picked up from the Master: I do the chimp walk differently, however. Instead of waving bye-bye, I keep my arms pushed up overhead and let my hands flop side-to-side ...... cuz I think it feels better and is more like a real ape does it. I also don't walk 8-10 feet, stand, turn, repeat. I just stay down in position and walk/run/toddle around like a primate. |

It's just insanely awesome how much crazy amazing Han Solo knowledge for doing the purely fitness exercises than someone who is doing that other ones can be seen by reading the excellent wisdom is read by readers on the Power and Might blogspot. Like everyone has the best chance to take what is best for their outlook from the kid's super terrific writings on Dec 13, 21 showing how "The Mystery Around Animal Exercises" the instincts that force practices into more than just cool name and mimicking. |
