Hey Medicare Man for cheap thrills take your Sierra Strap and HOOKs to the gym . Use them on the TRX anchor station . Meanwhile, try a Trapbar while there( deadlifts and Farmer's Carries) Good suggestions my older fitness brother from a different mother. I’ll eventually do and report to you. They’re on my short list along with barbell OHP and playing with a 32kg KB.

Pierini Fitness training 2/10/2020 Morning BW - 169.8 lbs. Workout -
#1 - 24 Hour Fitness 11:50 am - barbell incline bench press 115 lbs. 5 x 5 new set every 2 minutes - pull-ups x 12. Planned on doing regular bench press but every flat bench was occupied because today is International Bench Press Day at all the gyms around the world; so, I settled on the incline bench.
#2 - Park near my office 12:42 pm - burpees x 5 walk remainder every 0:41 total 100 burpees and walk 0.28 mile in 13:00 - average HR = 159 bpm (88 percent) maximum HR = 168 bpm (93 percent) total 149 calories.
Sunday 2/9/2020 was a rest day. My morning BW was 170.2 lbs.

Pierini Fitness training 2/12/2020
Morning BW = 170.6 lbs.
Workout -
#1 - 24 Hour Fitness 11:15 am - barbell overhead press (all loads in lbs.) - warmup 45x5, 65x1 - working sets 105x3x5 and 95x5x2 - pull-ups x 13.
#2 - Park near my office 12:24 pm - burpees x 5 and walk recovery every 0:39 for 18 rounds and then burpees x 10 sprint to finish equals 100 burpees and 0.22 mile walking in 12:34 - note today no HR chest strap so the following HR readings reflect a significant variance from normal readings with chest strap - average HR = 119 bpm - maximum HR = 134 bpm - total 92 calories. Guarantee my HR was higher than these stats indicate. Training for this month goal of 100 burpees in 11:00, getting close and it's getting hard.

Pierini Fitness training 2/15/2020 Morning BW - 169.7 lbs. Workout -
#1 - Park 3:40 pm - burpees x 5 for 15 rounds = 75 burpees in 9:04 - average HR = 158 bpm (88 percent) maximum HR = 166 bpm (92 percent) total 101 calories. Note: plan was 100 burpees but didn't have it in me to muscle out the last 25 reps. Ate a big lunch about 3 hours earlier and my guess is that is "weighed" me down or I just wasn't "hungry" for more burpees today. Will repeat 0:37 time interval next workout.
#2 - HRR analysis - beginning of workout 122 bpm - end of workout 165 bpm - 1:00 = 151 bpm (14 bpm lower) - 2:00 = 139 bpm (26 bpm lower) - 3:00 = 127 bpm (38 bpm lower.)
Friday 2/14/2020 was a rest day. My morning BW was 171.3 lbs.

Pierini Fitness training 2/17/2020 Morning BW - 170.3 lbs.
Workout - Park 3:18 pm - burpees x 5 walk remainder every 0:36 for 16 rounds equals 80 burpees and walk 0.15 mile in 9:35 - average HR = 157 bpm (87 percent) maximum HR = 173 bpm (96 percent) total 109 calories.
Note: Sunny and blue skies but windy. Repeat 0:36 time interval next workout. Was shooting for 100 burpees in 11:00 or less by this week but I'm now projecting by the end of this month; it's getting harder by the day.

Good sessions! The more often You do the hangs and handstand hold the longer You'll be able to hold them. I do have some fasting questions to ask but I'll ask them later being it's time to work:) That's my department too. I'm a fanatic about it to the point of trolling. I appreciate your enthusiasm Moxohol. I was just trying to making conversation at the time. I've fasted before and it's not rock scientist. I disagree with people that fast and eat garbage food, makes no sense health wise to me. With the amount of physical work I do fasting is not for me.

I couldn't agree more about nutrition as minerals are the framework & vitamins are the nuts & bolts. I've read enough studies to determine eating frequency & host absorption rate is paramount. Eating 1 big meal is better than 3 squares a day with the same amount of calories. Google the "Twinkie Diet". It's quite an eye opener. I don't want to muck up Pierini's log with this. If I wait to eat one meal a day I won't last til noon time on my job. All I'll want to do is sleep, been there. If you worked with me you would not be fasting, I would bet money on it. My job performance is much more important, I'll be working into my 70's.

Pierini Fitness training 2/18/2020 Morning BW - 171.3 lbs. Workout - Park near my office 3;34 pm
#1 - burpees x 5 walk remainder every 0:36 for 18 rounds then burpees x 10 to finish equals 100 burpees and 0.17 mile in 11:55 - average HR = 157 bpm (87 percent) maximum HR = 276 bpm (98 percent) total 135 calories. Notes: I died on the vine the last two rounds. Today's time interval was 0:01 faster. All other things being equal, today's total time should have been 0:18 faster than Sunday's but it was 0:02 slower. One more punch it hard burpees workout and then I'll need to deload the intensity and then ramp back up again. I'm still chasing 100 burpees in 11:00 by the end of this month.
#2 - HRR analysis - start of workout 111 bpm - end of workout 170 bpm - 1:00 = 157 bpm (13 bpm lower) - 2:00 = 147 bpm (23 bpm lower) - 3:00 = 133 bpm (37 bpm lower).

Pierini Fitness training 2/19/2020 Morning BW - 169.6 lbs. Workout - Park near my office 3:29 pm - burpees x 5 for 17 rounds and burpees x 15 to finish equals 100 burpees in 12:02 - average HR = 161 bpm (89 percent) maximum HR = 166 bpm (92 percent) total 118 calories.
Will take a burpees sabbatical for the next 3 to 7 days. The evidence for one is overwhelming.

Good job on the burpees! After three days in a row, I can see why You would need a break. I have noticed that You haven't worked on the hangs or handstand holds. Just some food for thought.

Yup, got to get back to them but have been working hard on burpees. With a busy work schedule and the burpees demands, my tank runs out of performance fuel. Thanks for reminder.
