- have been bolted onto my upper arms? Do yours? No, neither do mine. But I would like your thoughts on the best method to acquire such a marvellous pair. Funny little fella at the gym many moons ago, looked a bit like a miniature Northern 1970s Paratrooper, diminutive and with a fine moustache. His biceps were great, the man was always curling. I tried doing no direct biceps work, lots of back work though and of course plenty of close grip chin ups but you know what, forfet what King Arthur Jones said about pull ups and dips, did not make my arms look great. I am thinking high frequency might bw the way to go, and plenty of isolation work. What are your thoughts, oh wise old timers (and youngsters such as yourself, Michael)? I was gonna ask if you were out of you god damn mind but I restrained myself and had a look. Have you tried this mohoxol? If so how was it? I might be tempted but Id rather know you were the guinea pig. Not puttin my ass on the line for nobody, not now not never

I might be tempted but Id rather know you were the guinea pig. Not puttin my ass on the line for nobody, not now not never I had heart & head embolisms from my car accident 7 years ago. I'm now 59. So, I'm pretty fussy about anything that makes my face turn red or make those neck carotid arteries bulge. Of course, all the aforementioned is anecdotal but in no way qualifies my remarks. In answer to the 1st part of ur question: Yes, I have used KAATSU but only for my legs. Homeboy here isn't slappin' no damn car axle on his back & go heavy or even moderate. Too much risk for me IMO. However, training the legs still has an anabolic effect on the entire body & I want massive GH pulses when I go to bed by 10pm. Being an apex member of the order of primates by several magnitudes, I finangled a workaround by employing German Volume Training & KAATSU. I would also tell u NOT to try if it causes any reservations for you. Occam's Razor would apply here I should think? U know ur physical limitations & medical history better than anyone. Who am I to convince u otherwise? Any true friend or trusted colleague would tell u the same & I for my part wouldn't want to hear u burped & farted ur last while training. If u do take a gander & feel there's something here worth pursuing, get a 2nd opinion here or IRL from a trusted source. Hopefully, I answered ur question like a reasoned intelligent adult albeit in a slightly humorous vein?

Hey? I forgot to also mention that whatever rep/set scheme u use for ur arms (or any bodypart for that matter) - try the time tested bodybuilding favorite of flexing for a peak contraction. Arnold & other bodybuilders of the classic era swore by it to plump up lagging bodyparts. REF: Two Max. Do the ladies and lads fall off the elliptical when You pass by? Don't be scared of the lads. It's not there fault they fish on the other side of the pond. Anyway, You are pretty funny, You sound like a pirate, and I have a feeling You're not who You say You are. But I like joking around so I'll roll with it. , haven't seen Pierini posting in a while. Maybe he's trying to get me back for the tax thing, . its not their fault no but they are using the wrong kind of bait for this alligator gar. I think you are implying pervini would be more up their street? Possibly but he doesnt have the biceps... Oh my stomach! I can't stop laughing. Whoever You're don't leave this forum. I don't know who fishes on the other side of the pond. Be careful, You may catch one that has big arms, when they wrap those arms around You You may be in trouble. Don't worry about Pierini, he can run like the wind, they won't catch him.

Michael, I took note of your spiffing biceps advices, so thank you for that sir. Kinda funny how you class 10 sets of 10 as minimalist though, stuart mcrobert you aint. Interested to hear about your poor experience following JP himself, assuming you did not want to lose size? I thought the guy was meant to be the second coming if Jack lalanne in the fitness world..its almost as if you paint the as some sort of blue rinse knobhead? Dont tell mrs c, she has a shrine to him in what was our bedroom. I think you are bang on about arms needing specialisation, and old carlson hears ya cloud and clear. I train haphazardly, no set routine but maybe I need one, thinking maybe 4 days a week half body each time so everything gets worked twice in a week, jobs a good un. By the way, mrs c has gnarly arms kinda abnormal imhpo I said minimalist because it's just one exercise. I like variety myself. You could do any upper/lower body split with one day You specialize Your arms. Example, Monday: upper, Tuesday:lower, Wednesday rest, Thursday: upper, Friday: lower, Saturday: arms. On upper body days still work Your arms, just do 1 or 2 exercises. On arms days do more exercises or sets. Why would You say Mrs. C has gnarly arms? Is she bigger than Yourself?
