Ingredients
1/2 Cup Hummus
1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp. raw unfiltered honey
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Sprinkle with approx. 1/4 tsp. salt
Mix ingredients in a bowl using a fork and then blend with a spoon
I invented this myself. I did some experimenting and worked out the proper measurements. With my Faux Mayonnaise, I made some deviled eggs and some tuna salad. Delicious!

Yeah Thinman, because of my food allergies I've also used Bruce's idea. I either use a avocado or hummus with some mustard. Sometimes a little honey, .

I wonder if anyone here has made my Healthy Faux Mayonnaise. It tastes very close to mayonnaise, but has its own distinct flavor. Try it on sandwiches, deviled eggs. It is delicious! And it is healthy!

Bruce I have tried it except for the honey. Sometimes I'll use mustard in the mixture. Something I like doing is using an avocado mashed, mustard, a little olive oil, Mrs. Dash table blend spice, and dried basil. This works good, for me anyhow, mixed with low sodium tuna.

The sky's the limit! That sounds delicious, Michael. I'll have to give it a shot. I gave the recipe to the lady next door, and she said she's going to try it with an additional bit of curry.

I bring good tidings, O sojourners along this pathway of life. In my OP I specify using 1/2 cup of hummus. Well, in these parts, hummus all comes in the same shallow round containers. You don't have to measure out 1/2 cup. Half the contents of the packaged hummus is just about right. At least that's how hummus is packaged around here. I don't know about under developed countries like Canada or Alabama.
