This was me last year around this time at age 65, when I was training like a crazy man (that turning age 65 thing), sporting a 2-pack at about 18 percent bodyfat.
July 22, 2020 at 172 lbs. i'm 5-6 lbs. heavier now and I'm sure higher body fat percentage. If I try hard, I can probably still squeeze out a 2-pack photo. I don't remember you sharing the bigger version of this picture. Anyway, good job. What were you doing for your shoulders at the time of the picture? I remember Parker one time said all you need for shoulders was presses. But as soon as I stayed steady doing just presses and some snatches my shoulders became a weak point. But with your picture and the lighting Your shoulders look like a strong point. Michael, I was primarily doing heavy KB double OHP, weighted and BW bar dips, KB snatch work and burpees that would have fired my shoulders.

I said," and some snatches". My shoulders became a weak point when only doing presses. They seemed more slumped over. I remember reading something Franco Columbo said, something along the line of having to do rear delt work because of the same challenge I have with shoulders. I did a conditioning program one time by Scott Rdella which include KB presses, snatches, burpees, and Pullups. I did like the results from that program. So, again, Kudos to You on Your results. So You know, Bruce would be proud of Your arm development 😉

I have puny arms but have learned to take good photos. It's all about taking a thousand photos to get a couple good ones.
