The U.S. is looking like ancient Rome.....never ending wars, corrupt government, endless "doles" etc

That's what I've been telling this forum more than once. The US resembles ancient Rome before its fall, the govt dishing out titbits in an attempt to console The People, but steadily being undermined by a super-rich class who own over two thirds of the nation's wealth.
Then Rome could no longer control its vast empire because goods and wealth from the outlying countries weren't finding their way to The People, and eventually the military. It was mostly ending up in the Super-rich's coffers, and the borders were being attacked and whittled away, from Germanic tribes while the Roman military weren't being funded properly, soldiers not being paid etc.
In other words, Rome was being eaten from within, just like America. The Fall Of Rome wasn't because they were soundly defeated by superior military force, such as Japan. It fell because money and resources needed to maintain the Roman empire at large, wasn't there. It was weakened from within.
It was all in the hands of a few. Like the US.

Isn't this the one that is replacing Columbus Day?
I heard only people of color will be able to take that day and non-people of color will have to work. It will be e reminder to those that have to work when others don't what slavery really feels like and the wages earned that day will go toward reparations to those of color.
Other such demands are on list so stay tuned.
