The brutal reality of the situation is that unless a person is mentally or physically incapable there is absolutely no excuse for anyone to be a ‘Low-income earner’....
There are PLENTY of opportunities in the skilled trades where a person can earn over six figures in a short while, yet there’s a drastic shortage of people willing to do the work. And we don’t give a flying cahoot what ‘color’ you happen to be, just as long as you have common sense, show up every day on time, and put in a decent days work..,. Biden can go F’ck himself 👹

NYC is loaded with "low income housing projects".....and if you have never been inside one you can't imagine what shithouses they are  The hallways and elevators reek of urine and if you check out the stairwells you can often find a pile (s) of excreta left by the residents and the elevators are often out of service, especially on weekends The savages kick the elevator doors off the tracks and they then fall into the pit at the bottom of the elevator shafts My brother was a Housing Authority elevator mechanic and told me of elevators shutting down because so much urine had been deposited down the shafts that electrical connections had been shorted out due to the corrosion Of course, it's all the fault of the elevator mechanics, not the pissy residents......when we would see one of them pissing behind a car, we would say "Couldn't make it to the elevator"  My first firehouse was located in a major project area of Brooklyn and they kept us busy with stuck elevators, fires in the stairwells, fires in their apartments, fires in the overloaded trash compactors, lockouts, lockins, shootings....even saw a machete fight. And they are MAJOR hotbeds of crime.....drug dealing, shootings, rapes, burglaries etc All brought to you by you know who......those "people of color" who live there for nothing or next to nothing while getting free phones, food stamps, welfare, free healthcare and now free internet, thanks to the current mayor who also plans to install air conditioning in the housing projects for the downtrodden residents A word of caution.....don't touch the interior walls or you will be bringing back unwanted visitors.....we all have had them crawling on us at times while there The elevator mechanics must bring them in with them.... This guy Biden needs to be removed by any means necessary..... before he turns this country into a third world ghetto Unlike the Ghetto residents who create their ghettoes, people in the suburbs actually have to PAY for what they have.....while also paying for the lazy, ungrateful, irresponsible, do nothing scum who inhabit the projects. I've also seen projects in other areas of the country and they are all the same, just different cities and different faces, but all the same breed Take a ride around the projects some hot weekend night.....if you manage to not get mugged, carjacked or shot, you will come away with a new vision of what is really happening and your eyes will be opened to just how bad this guy needs to go He is the beginning of the end of this country |

Is the six figures only in New York? I guess stuff like I do is not considered a skilled trade because I don't make anywhere near six figures? Just curious, thanks. Yesterday I made cash money dropping a big locust tree, cutting it up and throwing it down a hill by myself. I didn't ask for any price but the lady was very generous. |

Yes, plumbing, electrical, HVAC & Refrigeration etc. are all very well paid, and no, not only in New York. As a matter of fact the pay scale is higher in Philly for HVAC and Refrigeration guys, and in many other places like Chicago and the Pacific Northwest the pay rate for a serviceman is over $50 an hour PLUS benefits and a pension. Years ago you either had to know someone or get lucky to get into the trade unions, but these days because of the manpower shortage you have all sorts of people coming in from other countries and taking these jobs. People come here from places like Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, South America, with nothing but a set of balls on 'em, seeking out and signing up with the union(s), and in a few short years of working they're buying multi family homes and socking money away in their pensions. |

Piece's of shit... I also remember how the sub-human 'low-income' ghetto trash used to prey on the elderly, the more helpless the better We were returning from a run about 5AM one summer morning when I was a fireman in East New York when a 50ish Hispanic lady flagged us down.....naked Her face was all bloody and swollen, her nose was broken and she was covered in scrapes and bruises We covered her with a turnout coat and she told us that she was a cleaning lady who worked nights in Manhattan While waiting for a bus in Brooklyn after work she was kidnapped by 5 black guys and was raped and beaten by all of them They took her clothes and dumped her into the street where she had been walking when we came along These fucking animals beat her so badly she could barely walk White people are an endangered species in this country with Biden and company empowering these lowlife bastards And people who are not black will all become targets for these scumbags This country will become a second South Africa if people don't regain control The list of things owed to this scum will never end and will kill this country Organizations like the KKK and other groups will return because the government has allowed these savages to run amuck.....it's inevitable when the cops are "defunded" and rioters and looters are given permission to run rampant Fucking scum of the earth |

"When Donald Trump vowed to protect America's suburbs from the left's plans to upend zoning laws to allow for the building of high-density housing, the New York Times accused him of "making an appeal to white suburban voters by trying to stir up racist fears about affordable housing and the people who live there." The war on the suburbs was supposedly just a figment of the fevered imaginations of terrible right-wingers.
Of course, that was never really true. Biden promised that he would revive the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing plan that Trump had repealed. That plan includes penalties and subsidies meant to twist the arms of local governments into repealing zoning restrictions on multifamily housing in the name of racial equity. Articles in the Journal of the American Planning Association were published with titles like "Death to Single-Family Zoning" and "It’s Time to End Single-Family Zoning."
Anyone hoping that this campaign against single-family housing would let up after the election was hopelessly naive. In a recent report for the Brookings Institute, a quartet of researchers call for the end of single-family zoning in the name of climate change. Part of their ire is directed at that ancient foe of progressives: the automobile. But with cars going electric in the near future, that complaint has less power than it once did. So the Brookings researchers go straight to the heart of things: the real problem is that so many Americans live in single-family, detached houses.
It's an odd windmill for the left to tilt at since so many Americans have been voting with their feet over the past year in favor of single-family housing. Demand for housing is so hot right now that home prices are skyrocketing, and the prices of materials have gone so high that home builders are hanging back, waiting for the market to ease. In the near term, that will likely mean home prices continue to accelerate. Don't be surprised if the very popularity of single-family homes in the suburb becomes a left-wing talking point for repealing zoning laws: build enough high-density, green new housing in the suburbs, and homes will become "more affordable" (meaning, less valuable).

I'd love to see China Joe or his son Crackhead Jr. drive through those streets. Liberal White guilt will be the death of America as they sell the future for a bag of coins. Nobody has the guts to call out the real problem in Democrat cities. Whites didn't flee to the 'burbs because they're racist, they did it so they wouldn't get killed and their daughters wouldn't get raped. I grew up in the inner city and remember my dad coming home from work and three persons of color passing a brown bag bottle in our driveway, refusing to move so he could park. From that day forward he packed a .38 until we could move the hell out.
