Saw a guy walking yesterday morning doing heavy hands, which I had not witnessed in a number of years. He was walking on a main roadway (6 lanes, 3 on each side) and wearing a mask. I wondered why he had a mask on since he was alone. Maybe he thought he would keep the car exhausts out of him? Anyway, it was good to see the exercise protocol still alive.

It's about inhaling dust/pollen thru the mouth which can really irritate the airway passage in thensitive individuals. I confess I am one of those idiots too.
