Yesterday I did a 500 KB swing workout with a cadence of 20 swings every 55 seconds for 25 rounds. I used a 24kg KB. My time was 22:38. I think this workout would be Pavel approved.

I thought about Michael's comments. So I have a new aerobic schedule. This my new set scheme 4/3/2/1/2. 5 minute rounds. Minutes tallied for set total: 4m,3m,2m,1m etc-etc. 60m total. 18m rest total. 3x weekly.
