Eons ago I could swear you hooked up a Bowflex to weights and had pictures. Would you have those old pictures or posts. I think you used it for triceps. A friend of mine wants one but only if he can modify it with weights. He does not like the strength curve. He wants it hard at the beginning of the movement and even harder at end. You can use bands and I showed him that but no idea to adapt to weights unless some pulley system attached externally. Thank you Kahuna

Stormshadow I remember Bruce put up a picture of a weight bench with bands. I thought it was pretty cool.

Yes, stormies, I put a weight stack on the concentration (preacher) curl attachment. I just did a quick look for the pic, but it could be in any number of folders. I'll see if I can find it later. Right now my wife is selfishly monopolizing my time with useless yard work.
