I like Dan John’s stuff, He keep things real and honest, and doesn’t expect you to keep up with the youngsters, realistic goals for us older workout dudes, his new book sounds great, and I’m thinking about getting it.

Coffee/caffeine can raise your cortisol levels which make it hard to lose body fat. The best way to check is to get a blood glucose monitor to see how it affects you. If it goes up after you drink coffee, you have your answer.
