I pulled the shades down, so the exercise police could not see, and have been using Jason's idea of isolating with partial reps. I really like the feel of them and the results. If you are looking for a change of pace you might want to give them a try.

I couldn't agree more with this. I've been doing micro-workouts for some time with better results then the standard training schedules. Whether it be aerobic or anaerobic training, the same principle applies here.

If you are looking for a change of pace you might want to give them a try. I use his ideas on some of my exercises. You can definitely feel it in the muscles without any joint pain. For pullups/chins I do not do dead hangs or worry about how high over the bar I go. For dips, I do not lock out and lower to a comfortable height. Just a couple of examples I use. I like it because it actually makes the exercise harder. I think You'll be happy with this Vegetus.
