If I could only use one word to describe that which you showcase in your video, my word would be 'BEASTLY". Very impressive to say the least and clearly demonstrating the cumulative affect and benefit of constant training and always raising the bar a little higher. It's also clear you've got your diet dialed down. We all have muscle it's just that some of us do a better job of hiding it with a fat wrap.
Also, your video-making skills are good with smooth transitions. What video editor do you use? I recently bought a new one that is more powerful but with that power comes a learning curve.

If I weighed just ten pounds more it’d make a huge difference. I use the basic windows movie maker. I quite enjoy making them so do spend a lot of hours deciding where to put it all in relation to the music.

Very impressive, both the exercises you are able to perform and the quality of the video itself. I liked the little nod to the Hook at around the three minute mark (that is how I took it, anyway). Great job.

a question though: what’s up with the skull cap? I used to see superbuffed guys at my local gym, wearing shorts, a tank top, and a winter wool cap. It’s not cold in the gym. 😂. Is it a fashion statement?

MBS — the hat thing is the result of no barbers being open and trying to do my own fade on the back and sides! It looked so terrible in some shots I had to scrap them as they were just a distraction. Hence the hat!!!!!

Glad to see the return of hardcore warrior beast spartan fitness training after all these years. Do the side to side pressups ever irritate your elbows?
