He used to post here a lot and after rereading old posts I have seen he has not come here since february. I wonder if he is fine.

I heard him and Tamagutchi and Smiley are all posting on a secret training forum we're not invited to.

He was a pretty young guy I think, he's probably stopped working out or just posts elsewhere, facebook or bodybuilding.com or something.

Jonrock, probably no need for alarm. People come and go on Internet forums. They may disappear for months, even years, and return. Getting busy in “real life”, or as Dave R said, just finding other places to post.

Yeah, the Sierra Forum has been around for almost 18 years, now, and so many posters have come and gone. It seems like there is a tight knit community of people you get familiar with, and then ti begins to change and there is another long-time group of regular members. So many names of yore I just don't see anymore. There were two beloved posters we lost - RubberBus, who passed away at 81, and longcharles who died under tragic circumstances.
I suspect we've also lost molison05 (molietoes), who was a frequent poster. After a year, or so, of not seeing him, I PM'd him and then emailed him, but never got a response. I tried to locate him through his son-in-law, but his email was no longer valid. I know that he was an older guy and was having health problems.
Two people who have been with us from the very beginning are Henry and BigBruvOfEnglandUK.

Just like life itself, this forum is.
I found out the sierra Hook and bands, back in early 2014. I have bought lots of things from Bruce over these years: a pair of Hooks for me, another for my then girlfriend, many bands, 2 straps, squat harness, anchor... Money well spent.
I lurked around here for a few years and when I started doing isos almost 2 years ago I started to post here. This, coupled with the now defunct ross enamait forum and the chaosandpain/plagueofstrength blog are my favourite places, not only exercise related.
These places are a reflection of my life across theses years.

We can take some comfort that Robert from the pushups board will never stop posting.
