Bicep is touch and go, but I'm making it, just have to be careful. The old man is doing great, he is only lifting once per week, but is getting after his running and weighted vest work.

This exercise is way tougher than I initially thought it would be. You really dig in hard with it and keep the grinding tension high it will blast your triceps.
